Help Needed at the Choose Life Anniversary Banquet!

Here's a side project for anyone interested. (I hope all of you are.) Choose Life is holding their annual fundraising banquet on April 28 at the Whitesburg Baptist Center, and they need volunteers to do a variety of work. Jobs and times and attire for said jobs are:
  • At least 13 Banquet servers (would also clean up after Banquet), 4:30-9:00, dress in black pants/skirts and white tops/shirts, comfortable shoes (tennis shoes are fine)
  • At least 7 ushers (seat guests), 5:30-6:45, dress in church-type wear
  • Reception Servers (would also clean up after Reception), 5:00-6:45, dress in church-type wear
As some of you may know, April 28 is also the date of the JPII High Open House, at which several students (such as Maria and myself) will be dressing in our fancy Mass uniforms and showing people around our fancy new building :) Mrs. Smith has kindly offered to bring anyone working at the Open House over to the Banquet after we're done at JPII.

Maria and I will be coming after the Banquet, but I hope that many of you can go on before that as servers and such.

We'll talk about this at our next meeting, clarify things, and get a sign up going.
